is a Windows based computer program which uncovers meaning in rainfall records,
with HOWOFTEN? you can find:
- When planting opportunities occur,
- When flooding rains are most likely,
- If more rain did fall in the 50's,
- If rain might spoil your birthday,
- etc, etc
