Request SLATS satellite imagery

What does this page do?

This page allows you to pick either a lotplan or a latitude and longitude and obtain the SLATS product as Erdas Imagine format files for the years indicated. When you click Request Images below the server will migrate the appropriate full scene imagery from the Filestore, mosaic them if necessary and clip them to the appropriate envelope. When the files are ready an email will be sent to you with the location of downloading these files.

Use GA Place Name Search to search for locations.

The imagery is only available to specific accounts.

What is your location?

You choose your location on either the lotplan (e.g. lot=55 plan=H7 is 55H7) or if you dont know the lotplan then latitude and longitude (warning this method may find neighbouring lotplans and that only >= 10ha lotplans are available).

Which product?

A subset of the currently available SLATS imagery products are listed here. Please contact the contact listed below if you want to add more or if it is out of date.

What years?

What range of years do you want? This is not always continuous, there are missing years but you most likely will get one or more image per year. Requested years must be between 1985 and 2012.

Clicking on the request button below will send the request to the server. Depending on server load requests can take anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes.
