SILO climate data

SILO is an enhanced climate database hosted by the Science Delivery Division of the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI). SILO contains Australian climate data from 1889 (current to yesterday), in a number of ready-to-use formats, suitable for research and climate applications. In addition, SILO provides users with access to climate change projections data for 2030 and 2050 in a daily format.

SILO's patched point datasets for Queensland are available free of charge through the Queensland Government Open Data Portal. Please read the instructions on how to obtain data. All other SILO data are available through a paid licencing agreement.
