DCAP has established robust and independent monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes which ensure that projects demonstrate impact and practice change by primary producers who are working with projects. M&E annual and other reports draw on the milestone data from projects and interviews with primary producers and other stakeholders.

Independent Benefit Cost Analysis has demonstrated that all DCAP projects and the program are delivering very strong return on funding invested by the Queensland Government and other partners in the program.
